"Alexnature": hunting in Belarus

Hunting weapon and ammunition can be imported to the territory of the Republic of Belarus by foreign citizens upon presentation of an invitation of a travel company or a legal body having the license for utilization of the animal world, a hunting contract (agreement) with the specified company or the legal body and the corresponding permit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. Such weapon must be exported from the Republic of Belarus upon the terms stipulated in the contract (agreement) or the invitation.

Foreign citizens are prohibited to import, use or apply all kinds, types and models of weapons for the purpose of securing personal safety, advocacy of other citizens’ life and health and their property, cargo accompanying safety on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

Violation of the terms of weapon exportation from the Republic of Belarus as well as the violation of the procedure of weapon importation to the territory of the Republic of Belarus, its usage and application will cause withdrawal and seizure of the weapon as established by law.
